My work is capped at four focused build days. You can take as long as you need for review rounds.

Yes. You can share references for design, layout, interactions, or functionality. The site is shaped around your content and each page’s purpose, then refined together during reviews.

That’s fine. Send what you have. I’ll fill gaps with placeholders so we can keep moving, and it’s often easier to finalise content once you see it on the preview site.

You can provide your own copy, and I’ll refine it. If anything’s missing, I’ll use AI-assisted placeholder copy that you can edit or replace during review and easily update yourself after launch.

Yes. I can source free, high-quality images. You can replace them anytime.

However you’re most comfortable. We can use Zoom calls, email, WhatsApp, or a mix of all three. Calls are optional — the process works just as smoothly async if you prefer.

You’ll receive a preview URL to a fully functional, mobile-responsive site.

Round one: you collate feedback.
Round two: you review refinements and approve for launch.

Quick tweaks are fine. If changes exceed a couple of hours, I’ll flag it upfront and provide a clear estimate.

Squarespace is the fastest way to build, and the easiest CMS for non-technical users. I’m happy to use other platforms, but they require more time and cost.

Yes — Squarespace subscription fees and domain name costs are separate. I’ll help guide you, and you don’t need to finalise your domain name until launch.

A 50% deposit is required to start the sprint. The remaining 50% is due once the 4 allocated build days are completed, regardless of whether the site has gone live yet.

If launch is delayed due to review time, feedback pauses, or decisions still in progress, final payment is still required at that point. Once payment is complete, I’ll continue through launch and handover as planned.

Credit/debit cards via Squarespace Payments, Stripe, and PayPal.

Ongoing maintenance, full branding, advanced custom development, paid tools, domain and Squarespace fees, large-scale content population, and major scope changes. These can all be cost estimated if it’s needed.

Payments are non-refundable, as time is reserved and work begins immediately. If more refinement is needed, additional time can be booked at a half-day rate of 2,500 THB (approx $80 USD).
